'Perfect club' - Thomas Frank breaks silence on links with Manchester United job
Brentford head coach Thomas Frank has said it is "flattering" to be linked with the possibility of becoming Manchester United's next manager.
According to a report by The Telegraph, Frank is a 'strong contender' to replace Erik ten Hag at Old Trafford this summer in the event of the Dutchman being axed. Ten Hag is under increasing pressure after watching his side suffer a 14th Premier League defeat of the season on Sunday.
United are currently eighth in the Premier League table with two games left to play and face the prospect of recording their lowest-ever finish in the Premier League era. They are also in danger of failing to qualify for Europe for the first time in a decade.

Ineos are yet to make a decision on Ten Hag's future and nothing is set to be decided until United have contested the FA Cup final with Manchester City at Wembley in just over a week's time. Ten Hag remains relaxed about his future and has regularly stated that he has held positive talks with Sir Jim Ratcliffe and members of the Ineos Group.
However, an increasing number of names are being linked with the possibility of replacing him this summer. Frank, though, has played down suggestions that he could succeed the Dutchman.
"First of all, I think it is flattering and a recognition of the work I've done," Frank told Danish publication Bold. "And I'm glad that others are noticing the work we are doing at Brentford.
"But, having said that, what goes on at Brentford is not a one-man show."
Frank continued: "I am really happy where I am. It is close to being the perfect club to be at. I can see myself
