Pep Guardiola press conference LIVE Man City injury updates and Champions League team news
Manchester City head Pep Guardiola will be back in front of the media this afternoon as his side gears up for a Champions League clash with Galatasaray tomorrow night.
Wednesday marks the final match in the league phase of the competition with the Blues still pushing for a spot in the top eight. To get there following defeat to Bodo/Glimt last week, City must first beat Galatasary at the Etihad Stadium and hope other results go their way.
Guardiola faces a squad selection crisis heading into the clash with the Turkish club. Several key players remain injured for the fixture while Rodri is suspended and Marc Guehi and Antoine Semenyo are ineligible.
The City boss is likely to be quizzed on the availability of Erling Haaland and Phil Foden. Both men were dropped to the bench for the 2-0 victory over Wolverhampton Wanderers at the weekend but could return to the starting XI in midweek.

While a lot of the questions today will likely centre around the Champions League, Guardiola could also be asked about the remainder of the January transfer window. Oscar Bobb looks the most likely to leave before the window closes with City's boss admitting on Saturday he felt the Norwegian wished to leave the club. In terms of incomings, more seem unlikely now but there were rumours the Blues were looking at Trent Alexander-Arnold for the summer.
