Several postcodes across the UK have won in the People’s Postcode Lottery this week. It’s played by thousands of people across the UK every day.
Players can sign up their postcode and pay £12 per month to take part in the daily draws and 33 per cent of every ticket purchased goes to charity. A daily prize of £1,000 is up for grabs, which can double to £2,000 if players have two tickets - and then people can triple winnings if they have three tickets.
The organisation has raised more than £1billion for charities across the UK since the lottery was founded in 2005. A spokesperson for People's Postcode Lottery said: "Each weekend, players in two postcodes get lucky and collect whopping wins with our Saturday and Sunday Street Prizes.
