Paul Merson and Chris Sutton agree on Man United verdict as Erik ten Hag sent sack warning

Manchester United have been predicted to return to winning ways in the Premier League in emphatic fashion against Southampton.

Saturday will see United take on the Saints in their first match after the September international break. Erik ten Hag's side will make the trip to St Mary's looking to win their first game since the opening day of the season against Fulham.

The game could see summer signing Manuel Ugarte make his debut for the club following his deadline day move from Sporting Lisbon. Ugarte arrived at Carrington on Thursday after featuring for Uruguay on international duty and looks set to be involved in the clash against Southampton.
