Ospreys v Sharks Live: Kick-off time and score updates from Twickenham Stoop

The Ospreys will make history tonight by becoming the first Welsh side to play a home United Rugby Championship game in England.

Toby Booth's side take on the Hollywoodbets Sharks at the Twickenham Stoop, which is the home of English Premiership outfit Harlequins. Unfortunately, the Welsh club are without a host of front-line players due to Wales' clash with the Barbarians taking place a day later, while inspirational openside Justin Tipuric has been given leave to play for the Barbarians.

Booth has handed the captain's armband to in-form No 8 Morgan Morris who is part of a talented yet inexperienced pack of forwards. The Sharks are without their South African Rugby World Cup winners but are still able to field an extremely powerful side which include Springboks such as Coenie Oosthuizen, Curwin Bosch and Aphiwe Dyantyi.

This will be an extremely tough assignment for the Ospreys who will want to make a good impression in London.

Kick off at 7.35pm.
