One winner and one loser at West Brom if club seal deal for 30-year-old
West Bromwich Albion will be keen to push on under the guidance of Steve Bruce in the coming months after opting to draft in the former Newcastle United boss as a replacement for Valerien Ismael.
Although the Baggies are no longer able to purchase players or bring in individuals on loan, they can still look towards the free-agent market for inspiration.
One of the players who has recently emerged as a potential target for West Brom is Jack Wilshere who has been without a club since leaving AFC Bournemouth last year.
According to TEAMtalk, Bruce is reportedly looking into the possibility of signing the 30-year-old midfielder.
Providing that the Baggies are able to convince Wilshere to make the move to The Hawthorns, this particular deal could have a knock-on effect on some of their other players.

Winner: Andy Carroll
Signed by West Brom last month, Andy Carroll failed to make an instant impact for West Brom on his debut as the club slumped to a 2-0 defeat at the hands of Millwall.
Although the forward will be confident in his ability to deliver the goods at this level, he could potentially benefit from some added service from central-midfield.
When you consider that Wilshere completed 88.2% of his passes in the Championship last season, he could potentially forge a fruitful relationship with Carroll by setting up chances for the 33-year-old.
With Daryl Dike expected to be out of action until after the March international break, Carroll may go on to feature regularly in the coming weeks alongside Wilshere if the midfielder makes the move to West Brom.
Loser: Jayson Molumby
Jayson Molumby could potentially
