Newcastle v Cardiff Live: Kick-off time and score updates from Challenge Cup clash

Cardiff have made a number of changes as they head to Newcastle for their second Challenge Cup fixture.

Wales internationals Owen Lane and Ellis Jenkins return for their first competitive appearances of the season, while the likes of Rhys Priestland, Tomos Williams and Taulupe Faletau all come into the starting side.

Having beaten Brive 41-0 last weekend, Dai Young's side will be hopeful of keeping up a positive start to the Challenge Cup at Kingston Park.

Welsh fly-half Josh Thomas starts for Falcons in a team showing nine changes from the side beaten 22-8 by Connacht.
