New Celtic home kit 'leaked' as arguments for and against it see fans split on daring look

The first 'real' pictures of the new Celtic home kit for next season have been leaked online.

Images purporting to show the fresh Adidas design on sale in America have been doing the rounds on social media and Hoops fans now have an idea of what the home jersey will look like.

The new shirt features a lighter shade of green, and does away with the current black trim and motif based around based around Celtic's iconic stained glass window. It's definitely something of a departure from the dark green Hoops worn by Brendan Rodgers' side this season. The reaction to the reveal has been, well, let's call it mixed. Cries of similarities with Yeovil Town have been mooted, which isn't a great start.

Another punter, drinking out a cup which is half full, searched for positives and found one by insisting at least it's better than the 23/24 home kit. And another Parkhead follower reckons Celtic are hamstrung by the current sizeable Dafabet logo and the lack of a vintage, 80s style, adidas logo. Will it be a grower? Time will tell.
