Molly McCann: Meatball has 'first tap out' while on 1000 ft Chicago thrill ride

It appears as though the world has now seen one of Molly McCann’s weaknesses after a hilarious video was uploaded to Twitter.

Meatball is currently in Chicago with fellow UFC icon and best friend Paddy Pimblett, and they have been spending some time seeing the sights and soaking up the culture.

One of the things McCann has ticked off her list is experiencing TILT — the city’s highest thrill ride which extends out over the famous Magnificent Mile and Chicago skyline.

The ride, which can be found on the 94th floor of the John Hancock Building, offers visitors the opportunity to see the city in a completely unique way — leaning out against glass panels at more than 1,000 feet in the air.

TILT has rave reviews from adrenaline-seeking tourists and locals but it was definitely not something that went down well with The Meatball.

In a hilarious video uploaded to Twitter, the usually unshakable UFC fighter with nerves of steel was left physically weak at the knees.

McCann can be seen leaning against the observatory’s glass panel but she is visibly uncomfortable looking down at the 1,000 foot drop below her.

It was so scary haha https://t.co/x3nkhrUx5j

“Oh my god, I can’t stand,” she can be heard saying before manoeuvring herself away from the window.

The person behind the camera then jokes that McCann just gave her “first tap out,” which is something TILT has also used for their own amusement.

“The only time @MeatballMolly taps out is on 1,030 ft thrill rides,” the official Twitter account for the 360 Chicago Observation Deck wrote alongside the video.

McCann tries one more time to brave the experience but soon enough steps away again.

“Nope,” the Scouser says while backing away. “I’m actually sweating.”
