Mohamed Diomande to Rangers transfer timeline revealed as incoming midfielder faces final hurdle

Rangers are finally set to step up their January recruitment drive as they close in a move for Nordsjaelland ace Mohamed Diomande.

Sources in Denmark last night confirmed the 22-year-old midfield playmaker is on his way to Glasgow as Gers boss Philippe Clement prepares to push the button on his second signing since taking over. It’s been a slow start to the January window at Ibrox, with Fabio Silva the only new face to have checked in so far following his loan switch from Wolves.
