MJ Williams' chances of playing vs Fleetwood Town after Bolton Wanderers injury assessed

Ian Evatt expects MJ Williams to be missing for Bolton Wanderers' final game of the season when the Whites host Fleetwood Town.

Wanderers end their campaign at home to the Cod Army next weekend aiming to finish in the top 10 in their first campaign back in League One after promotion last campaign.

They are seven matches unbeaten and have won their last three games on the bounce thanks to the 2-1 victory on the road yesterday against Cheltenham Town.

He said: “It looks like he’s broken his fifth metacarpal. I think it got caught in the lad’s shirt and as he’s moved it’s popped it out. A bit of pain but he’s a big brave lad and he’ll be okay.
