Kieran Sadlier shares message with Bolton Wanderers supporters as he reflects on 2021/22 season
Bolton Wanderers winger Kieran Sadlier has taken to Instagram to share a message with the club’s supporters following the culmination of his side’s 2021/22 campaign.
The Trotters ended the year on a high by defeating Fleetwood Town last weekend.
A brace from Dion Charles as well as efforts from Declan John and Jon Dadi Bodvarsson allowed Bolton to secure a 4-2 victory in front of their fans.
Having sealed a ninth place finish in the League One standings, Bolton will be looking to push forward as a club next season under the guidance of manager Ian Evatt.
Evatt has already decided to make some alterations to his squad ahead of the summer window as he has opted against handing fresh terms to eight players who are set to leave when their existing contracts expire.
Sadlier will be hoping to be a key part of Bolton’s squad in the 2022/23 campaign after joining the club in the January transfer window.
Since making this particular switch, the 27-year-old has gone on to feature on 18 occasions for the Trotters.
Reflecting on last season on Instagram, Sadlier has admitted that his move to Bolton has helped him enjoy his football again.
The winger posted: “Another season done.
“One that started slow has ended up with me enjoying my football to the full again, I’d like to thank the fans and everyone @officialbwfc for making myself and my family welcome.
“Hopefully this is only the start to a very special time with this great club!
“I’m already looking forward to seeing you all back inside the stadium come July, until then peace.”
