Arsenal have been given a clear indication of what it will take to sign Youri Tielemans from Leicester City. He is also available for a bargain transfer, but Arsenal will need to compete for his signature with Manchester United.
According to the Telegraph, Tielemans will be priced at around £25m this summer by the foxes as he will have one year remaining on his contract. The report goes on to claim that he wants Champions League football.
Arsenal and Manchester United are both interested in his services for next season according to the mirror. And with the Gunners currently driving seat for a place for a top-four finish, they have an excellent chance to blow the Red Devils out of the water with a promise of Champions League football.
Both clubs are currently battling for fourth place in the Premier League which is the final spot for Champions League qualification. Arsenal currently hold the advantage going into the final stretch of the season, as they sit three points with a game in hand ahead of their vintage rivals.

Tielemans has played the most minutes compared to any other player at the age of 24 or younger so far in their career, and it is by a large distance. Manchester City forward Gabriel Jesus falls in second place having played 10,000 minutes less than the midfielder
The 24-year-old has been a regular in the Premier League for the last three seasons and has played a big part in Leicester’s Champions League push over the last few campaigns. The midfielders' impressive performances have seen the likes of Liverpool and Real Madrid previously show interest in him.
