Mike Tyson teaching Arturo Gatti's son how to box is incredibly wholesome
Boxing legend Mike Tyson might be known as one of the scariest men on the planet, but it seems he’s just a big old softie really.
‘Iron Mike’ can be seen training with Arturo Gatti’s son, who coincidentally also shares the same name, in a resurfaced clip.
The old footage shows Tyson holding a heavy bag for Gatti Jr, after inviting him to train with him last year, and the youngster can be seen giving it a fair old whack.
Twitter user ‘Boxing World UK’ reshared the original footage accompanied by the following caption: “Arturo Gatti’s son in the gym with Mike Tyson. The apple doesn’t fall far from the tree.”
It has currently been viewed more than 200,000 times at the time of writing.
Gatti may have died over almost 13 years ago, but his legacy will live on forever.
The Italian was IBF super-featherweight world champion in 1995 and had a legendary trilogy of fights against Micky Ward before ending his career in 2007 with a record of 40 wins and 9 losses.
