Michael Carrick press conference LIVE Man United team news and injury news vs Fulham

Manchester United interim head coach Michael Carrick will speak to the media this afternoon ahead of the Premier League clash with Fulham on Sunday afternoon.

Carrick has enjoyed the perfect start to life as the temporary boss thanks to victories over Manchester City and Arsenal in his first two games. However, he does have a new injury concern to contend with ahead of Marco Silva's side visiting Old Trafford.

Patrick Dorgu limped off during the victory over the Gunners on Sunday. Reports suggested the Dane could be out for 10 weeks but MEN Sport understands the winger is still being assessed albeit an update is expected today.

Carrick could also be asked about the futures of Harry Maguire and Kobbie Mainoo in his press conference. Maguire's contract is due to expire at the end of the season and it is understood club bosses are split on whether to extend his stay.

As for Mainoo, his future now looks to be at United after Ruben Amorim's departure. Sunday's fan protest organised by The 1958 could also be discussed ahead of this weekend's action.
