Marvin Humes says he's 'proud' as he shares rare reality show support after Rochelle's TV appearance

Marvin Humes has said he is 'proud' as he publically showed his support for sister-in-law Sophie Piper. It was revealed on Sunday night (February 18) that Sophie had made it to the final of Love Island: All Stars with her new love interest Joshua Richie.

She has spent weeks taking part in the spin-off of the hit ITV2 dating show which sees former Islanders from the past 10 series return to the villa for a second shot at finding love.

Sophie, the younger half-sister of Marvin's wife Rochelle appeared on the first winter Love Island in 2020 for four weeks before being dumped from the island. She is currently coupled up with series one contestant Josh, and her before Marvin's support, Rochelle, 34, weighed in on their romance in her short stint on the show.

Last Thursday night's episode saw the female contestants get surprise video calls from their family and friends at home, whilst the boys were out of the villa. First up was Sophie, who was surprised to see her older sister Rochelle on the TV screen.

After a tearful reunion, Rochelle admitted to Sophie that she didn't warm to Josh right away, which came after he was having flirty conversations with another Islander Joanna Chimonides. During this time, Rochelle even sent a warning to Sophie on social media under a post on her Instagram about the possibility of Josh being potentially swayed.
