Manuel Ugarte speaks out on Man United situation after watching Liverpool defeat

Manchester United summer signing Manuel Ugarte has acknowledged he is joining a club that is in transition but says he has faith in Sir Jim Ratcliffe’s project.

“We have addressed priority positions that were identified very early on and we were able to do it in a financially sustainable way.”
