Manchester United's pre-season preparations will continue today as Erik ten Hag's side gets ready for their final match in Australia against Aston Villa on Saturday.

It's been a productive tour for United who have already picked up wins over Liverpool, Melbourne Victory and Crystal Palace as Ten Hag already looks to have made an impact.

Cristiano Ronaldo hasn't been a part of the tour, however, and Bruno Fernandes has admitted the players are in the dark over his future.

“I don't know, you should ask him!" Fernandes said. "I don't want to be involved in that, obviously we have to respect the decision of everyone."

"I don't know what Cristiano said to the club, to the manager, I don't know what he's going into his head, but we have to respect his space. From everything we know, he had some family problems, so we have to respect his space, give him some space and that's it.
