Manchester United told why Harry Kane could be their 'missing link'

Former Manchester United striker Dion Dublin believes United signing Harry Kane from Tottenham Hotspur could solve what they are missing to contend for the Premier League title.

Kane, 29, is manager Erik ten Hag's prime centre-forward target ahead of the transfer window opening. The England captain has less than 18 months remaining on the six-year contract he signed with Tottenham in 2018.

United's priority is signing a new centre-forward this summer, with Napoli's Victor Osimhen another alternative identified. For Dublin, he cannot see Kane moving to Old Trafford going wrong for either party and instead being exactly what United are missing.

“But does he want to play with his back to goal? Probably not. Is he enjoying what he is doing now under Erik (ten Hag)? I think he is. So could he be that centre-forward? He could
