Manchester United sent Amad warning as Antony comparison made
Sunderland loanee Amad ought to head out on loan again next season from Manchester United.
That's the view of former United defender Paul Parker. Amad has made only a handful of appearances for United's first team since his transfer from Italian side Atalanta in 2021.
He spent the second half of last season out on loan at Scottish giants Rangers but failed to impress. He has spent this season at Sunderland in the Championship after the Black Cats won promotion from League One last term.

The 20-year-old has caught the eye at the Stadium of Light for Tony Mowbray's side. He has found the back of the net 12 times in 39 games for Sunderland, who are in the running to sneak into the play-offs ahead of the final day of the regular Championship season.
Though Amad has impressed at Sunderland, Parker is not convinced the attacker is going to play a role at Old Trafford next season and anticipates him heading back out on loan next campaign. The former United defender has urged caution when it comes to the prospect of him having an impact at the Theatre of Dreams next season.
Parker told FutFanatico: “I don't think that Amad is going to play a role next season. Sunderland are on a good run at the moment, so they are on a high. I’ve seen some games with him and he has done well but I’m still not sure about him. I expect him to go out on loan again because Man United want him to play games and he is not going to do that at Man United.
