Manchester United's Rasmus not the only Hojlund making a mark in Europe amid family hat-trick
Rasmus Hojlund was not the only family member to strike up a European first when plundering a maiden goal for Manchester United against Bayern Munich at the iconic Allianz Arena on Wednesday night.
Albeit in a losing cause, the £73million signing opened his account following his dream transfer from Atalanta this summer. It came in some style, too, as the 20-year-old smashed into the corner with his left foot.
United were beaten, but not disgraced, as their patched-up squad headed to Germany and scrapped valiantly for everything before they were consigned to a 4-3 reverse. Hojlund was, understandably, delighted with his work on the night and expectations are sky-high following an impressive start at the club.

Speaking about his big moment on Instagram after the game, Hojlund said: "Definitely something positive we can take away from the game. We stand in this together."
But the Denmark striker is not the only Hojlund making waves. His younger brothers - twins Oscar and Emil - were equally pleased after the final whistle in their own midweek matches. It was quite the few hours for the family and the Hojlund group chat must be in overdrive right now.
Oscar and Emil - who both play for FC Copenhagen - are on collision course with their older sibling with their club drawn in the same Champions League group as United this season. Copenhagen drew 2-2 with Galatasaray before United took on Bayern.
