Manchester United first-team stars return to Carrington for pre-season training
Luke Shaw, Marcus Rashford, Casemiro and Bruno Fernandes were among the Manchester United stars who returned to Carrington on Saturday morning.
The club's players who featured in the international fixtures held in mid-June were given an extra period of time off, but that holiday period has now ended and the remaining first-team players have now reported for pre-season.
Shaw and Rashford were called up to England's squad for the Euro 2024 qualifying fixtures against North Macedonia and Malta, Casemiro represented his nation Brazil and Fernandes played for Portugal.

Erik ten Hag, speaking after the opening pre-season game against Leeds, confirmed the players would return on Saturday and they will now begin their preparation for the new campaign ahead of a friendly in Edinburgh on Wednesday.
