Manchester United give update on futures of David de Gea and out-of-contract players
Manchester United will not make a decision on David de Gea's future until the winter and are yet to decide which out-of-contract players to keep.
De Gea, 31, is one of 12 players who are technically out of contract next year but have the option of an additional year that rests with United.
Diogo Dalot, Luke Shaw, Fred and Marcus Rashford are on identical deals, as is Cristiano Ronaldo, although his situation requires a mutual agreement to extend his stay.

De Gea is United's longest-serving player, having joined the club in 2011, and he made his 500th appearance against Newcastle on Sunday.
The goalkeeper stressed during pre-season he wishes to stay at United for the remainder of his career but De Gea's stock has dwindled in recent years and he was omitted from the Spain squad by coach Luis Enrique earlier this year.
United manager Erik ten Hag has started De Gea in all 13 games so far this season, with Dean Henderson on a season-long loan at Premier League basement side Nottingham Forest, while fellow goalie Tom Heaton could be released next year. Martin Dubravka, recruited on loan from Newcastle on transfer deadline day, is the third choice.
"We didn’t make a decision on him but what I can say is that I am really happy with David de Gea as a keeper," Ten Hag said. "His first two performances of the season were not his best performances but after you see he brings us a lot for the defensive department, gives stability.
