Manchester United can show Erling Haaland he was wrong about them in the transfer window

For anyone who still believes a major transfer decision comes down to the number of zeros on the end of a payslip, a new documentary on Erling Haaland's transfer to Manchester City is an illuminating watch.

Haaland could have signed for almost any club he wanted to last summer, such was the attractiveness of the £51million release clause in his Borussia Dortmund contract and the generational talent he possesses.
