Manchester restaurant owner's heartfelt message after Sacha Lord sparks mammoth queues

The owners of a south Manchester have issued a heartfelt message after thousands took advantage of Sacha Lord’s offer of free food and drink.

The Parklife and Warehouse Project co-founder announced last week he would foot the entire bill for customers at the Thirsty Korean restaurant in Chorlton on Saturday (August 19). Mammoth queues lined the road as people waited to take Lord up on his offer and divulge in the independent venue’s authentic Korean food, which includes the likes of Korean Fried Chicken, chapaguri noodles, kimchi rice and pancakes with chapaguri noodles.
