Manchester man arrested in Portugal after Luke 'Tank' Graham shot dead in street

A man from Manchester described by the National Crime Agency as 'one of the UK's most wanted men' has been arrested in Portugal in connection with the murder in Tameside of father-of-two Luke 'Tank' Graham almost four years ago, police have revealed this evening.

A 27-year-old man - named by the NCA as Anton Verigotta - suffered a serious gunshot wound. He's appeared in court ahead of an extradition hearing, said the NCA.
