Scott McTominay is something of a divisive figure at Manchester United.

There seems to be one camp that will unabashedly declare their admiration for the 25-year-old as an underrated cog in the United machine justifiably trusted by Jose Mourinho, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and Ralf Rangnick.

On the flip side, however, is a vocal contingent of supporters who believe that McTominay isn’t good enough to play in a Red Devils midfield looking to upscale to the status of Premier League title challengers.

Both points of view have their merits and everybody is entitled to their own opinion, but the one thing that can’t be disputed about McTominay is his dedication to the cause.
