Man United vs Fulham FA Cup tie descends into chaos as visitors shown THREE red cards within seconds

The FA Cup tie between Manchester United and Fulham descended into chaos earlier after the home side won a penalty.

Serbian striker Aleksandar Mitrović, midfielder Willian and manager Marco Silva all saw red after the Brazilian gave away a spot kick to allow the home side back into the game. The Londoners were 1-0 up when the game completely changed just before the 70th minute when Antony broke down the right and squared the ball for Jadon Sancho. He rounded Leno and then shot towards goal.

Willian raced in but replays showed he blocked the shot with his hand. Silva was sent off for something he said to referee Chris Kavanagh as he came over to check the monitor. Kavanagh then signalled for a penalty and showed a red card to Willian. An angry Mitrovic confronted Kavanagh and got his own marching orders and appeared to pushed the whistler. Erik ten Hag's side ran out 3-1 winners thanks to a quick fire double from Bruno Fernandes who converted from the spot and Marcel Sabitzer.

Fernandes put the icing on the cake in injury time with a fine strike from inside the box. Manchester United will now head to Wembley next month to face Brighton and Hove Albion in the semi-final after the Seagulls beat League Two side 5-0 earlier today.
