Man United and Man City put on red alert over Viktor Gyokeres amid Ruben Amorim arrival

Clubs in England have been put on red alert over prolific goalscorer Viktor Gyokeres after his solid performance against Manchester City in the Champions League.

The Swede scored a hat-trick at the Jose Alvalade Stadium in Sporting CP's 4-1 win over Pep Guardiola's side. Gyokeres has been followed by the likes of Arsenal, Liverpool, City and Chelsea.

It's also public knowledge that Gyokeres only joined Sporting because of the Portuguese coach, as his agent Hasan Cetinkaya later confirmed. He previously stated: "Everyone paid more to Viktor, everyone paid a higher commission to the agent. What happened? I brought him to Sporting because of Ruben Amorim, because I know his work and his work with the players. I chose Ruben because he is a coach of another level.

"And, yes, it will be more difficult
