Man United 2-3 Nottingham Forest highlights and reaction as Reds pay price for bad defending

Manchester United suffered a second successive Premier League defeat on Saturday evening, losing 3-2 to Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford.

After conceding twice from corners against Arsenal in midweek, United fell behind from a corner again after just two minutes when Nikola Milenkovic headed in. The Reds, to their credit, responded well and equalised through Rasmus Hojlund.

Despite having dominated for long spells in the first half, United conceded two shambolic goals within nine minutes of the start of the second half. First, an effort from Morgan Gibbs-White from outside the box beat Andre Onana when he should have saved it, before Chris Wood sent a looping header across the face of goal and into the back of the net.

United responded again just past the hour mark when Bruno Fernandes netted in a fine finish from the edge of the box. However, they failed to build on that goal and suffered their first home defeat of the Ruben Amorim era.

This was Forest's first win at Old Trafford since Stan Collymore wowed the Scoreboard End in December 1994. Forest threatened to end that wait last year by scoring two goals
