Man embroiled in row with 'petty' neighbour has perfect response after they built fence

A TikToker has shared how he had the last laugh when a neighbour put up a new fence right in front of theirs.

Sharing his experience on the short-form video platform, Alex McCormick explained how he managed to get a new fence for free. In the clip, viewers can see an old discoloured fence lying on the ground in his garden.

Alex said: "Have your petty neighbour build a new fence directly against yours." He then followed it up with saying: "Tear out your old fence. Profit?"

The video has racked up thousands of views on the app as people rush to view it and comment, reports LeicestershireLive. But it is far from the only neighbour fence row which has gone viral on the site.

TikTok is full of neighbour from hell stories, with many posting about their disputes and rows. Recently it was reported that a woman has shamed her very own "neighbour from hell" for trying to destroy all of her fence.

It comes after the wind blew part of it into the neighbouring garden.
