Manchester City have completed the signing of goalkeeper Stefan Ortega to provide fresh competition for Ederson.

Zack Steffen has been the No.2 at the club for the past two seasons, but is set to join Middlesbrough on a season-long loan in a bid to secure his place in the US men's national team for the World Cup at the end of 2022.

City have moved to snap up Ortega on a free transfer to take his place, with the 29-year-old signing on a three-year deal and taking the No.18 shirt.
