Manchester City have acted quickly and decisively this summer to secure their main targets, but they'll still feel they have work to do.

After bagging arguably European football's biggest prize in Erling Haaland, City will already feel they've improved this summer no matter what other business they do.

Pep Guardiola has been offered some firm transfer advice as Arsenal close in on signing Oleksandr Zinchenko.

Having already signed Gabriel Jesus this summer, the Gunners have turned their attentions to former Manchester City teammate Zinchenko and there is a growing expectation that a deal will now happen for the Ukraine international.

Zinchenko, 25, joined City in 2017 and has played 127 games for the club.

It's another week, and we can expect more transfer rumours to fly in as City near the start of the season.
