Man City 'plot striker transfer' as Julian Alvarez replacement identified

Manchester City have had a largely quiet summer transfer window but there is still time for that to change.

City have added two new signings to their squad with Savinho being the first new addition earlier this summer. The deal was followed by the return of Ilkay Gundogan who signed for City just 12 months after leaving the Etihad Stadium to move to Barcelona.

MEN Sport has taken a look at some of the latest City transfer gossip to be generating headlines over the last 24 hours.
