The World Cup has always been a mix of the good, the bad and the ugly. Truly brilliant moments of individual genius, surreal happenings, sometimes downright notorious. It certainly isn’t just about who bags the winner in the final. There is so much more to the tournament than that. Yes there have been fabulous goals and we feature many of them in detail.
