Made in Chelsea's Lucy Watson's tears as she reveals 'life or death situation' during 'traumatic' birth of son

Lucy Watson has opened up about the 'traumatic' both of her son for the first time after admitting retelling the story has left her in tears. The former Made In Chelsea star welcomed her first child with husband James Dunmore, named Willoughby James Watson-Dunmore, last month.

At the time, Lucy and James shared an adorable black and white photograph of her cradling her baby while James placed a kiss on her forehead. However, the 33-year-old did later share more about her birth, confirming that despite things going wrong, she and her son "were OK".

In early March, Lucy posted a poll on her Instagram story alongside a photo of herself and her newborn in hospital, Lucy asked: "To birth story or not to birth story." She added: "I have to admit my birth was by no means the dream scenario so I don't want to scare anyone with it... ultimately we are both okay though and that's all we could have hoped for." The TV star then asked fans to vote "yes" or "no" in relation to her sharing more.

Now, in a lengthy video on TikTok, Lucy said she finally felt ready to talk about what happened, saying: "It’s taken me a while to want to do this, not only because I don’t have any time anymore to myself, but also because I think it was just a little bit of a traumatic experience. So I just kind of needed to process it, come to terms with it, and be able to tell the story without crying."
