Gemma Atkinson has shared her delight as she teased how her recent efforts in the gym had paid off after vowing to get back on track with her fitness following the birth of her second child. She also opened up about returning to work full-time as her maternity leave comes to an end.
Those who follow Gemma, 39, on social media know that she is very much into her health and fitness and has recently been documenting her latest challenge During her second pregnancy last year she was honest about her keenness to get back into her gym routine once safe to do so.
The Hits Radio host and her Strictly Come Dancing star fiance Gorka Marquez then welcomed their son, Thiago, back in July, just over four years after the birth of their daughter Mia. Several months on and Bury-born Gemma has revealed she's now finished her 12-week programme at Ultimate Performance (UP Fitness) in Manchester.

She returned to the gym under the watchful eye of personal trainer Steve Chambers, who she's nicknamed 'Evil Steve', and has now shared her emotions at getting her final results from her efforts throughout the three-month programme.
Speaking in a string of videos shared to her Instagram Story, the mum-of-two said: "I had my last session with Evil Steve on Friday. It was supposed to be two Fridays earlier but Thiago got his little ear infection so I didn't want to leave him so I did it after my holiday..."
