Lucy Fallon offers honest update on being a mum before sharing 'embarrassing' move

Lucy Fallon has given her fans an honest update on being a mum after welcoming her first child earlier this year. The former Coronation Street star was glowing as she posted a new selfie to Instagram and admitted that she's feeling more like herself again.

Lucy, who hails from Blackpool, officially introduced her first child, Sonny Jude, to the world at the end of February weeks after his arrival. The actress, who played Bethany Platt in the ITV soap from 2015 to 2022, and her footballer boyfriend Ryan Ledson announced earlier in February that their baby boy had safely been born on January 30.

Sharing the news, Lucy posted a sweet black and white image of herself and Ryan onto Instagram as she cradled their precious bundle of joy. "Our beautiful boy," she captioned the photo alongside his birthdate.

The new mum has since been basking in her newborn bubble with her baby boy just days away from being three-months-old. And taking to Instagram this week, Lucy appeared to suggest she had found the motherhood groove as she posed for a selfie.

Lucy looked fresh-faced as she posed for the camera in a white t-shirt as she accessorised with some silver jewellery and pulled her blond locks back into an updo with strange left to loosely hang and frame her face.

"Starting to feel more like moi again," Lucy typed alongside the gorgeous image. "If ur in the thick of newborn chaos - it gets so much easier," she then added to her fellow new mums. And fans were quick to praise her for her message of support as well as show her some love in return.

@mrsnikkicarmichael said: "I honestly wish that someone had said this to me after I gave birth and I lost my s**t.
