Live updates as two crashes on M4 cause rush hour delays on motorway

There is congestion on various parts of the M4 this morning after two crashes caused queues. The westbound carriageway of the motorway was temporarily closed due to an accident involving one vehicle near the Coryton interchange shortly after 7:10am. The crash was between J32 and J33. The carriageway re-opened shortly after when the vehicle was moved to the hard shoulder.

Just after 8am, there was a second crash on the M4 eastbound outside Port Talbot. The crash happened between J38 and 43 and while it has been cleared, there remain delays. Travel time through the area is now around 20 minutes. Neither collision appeared to be serious and have both been cleared.
