The famous Red Arrows will fly over Lancashire later this afternoon (June 7) as they journey from Scotland to Liverpool.

The flight takes place in conjunction with the RAF Preston Town Show in Avenham Park, with the Arrows due to pass over the city at 5:10pm.

A spokesperson for the RAF described them as 'ambassadors for the United Kingdom' who represent 'the best of British'.
