Live updates as police investigate serious incident near Gorseinon Bus Station in Swansea

South Wales Police are investigating a serious incident in Swansea.

A large police presence has been pictured near Gorseinon Bus Station on Thursday, February 10, evening.

A police van and two police cars are parked up outside the station and entrances to Argyll Gardens, which backs onto the station, have been taped off, preventing access to the public as officers carry out their investigations.

Officers at the scene would not disclose the nature of the incident to WalesOnline this evening and South Wales Police has been approached for further information.

A tent has been erected on a paved area of the bus station, next to a bus shelter, and yellow evidence markers have been placed next to various items.
