Live updates as one-car crash blocks A467 in Brynmawr

A major road is closed due to a crash. The road has been shut since 4.26pm on Monday, December 30. The A467 Pond Road in Brynmawr, leading down to Nantyglo, is closed from Nantyglo Roundabout to the Rising Sun Industrial Estate. This is due to a one car collision.

Gwent Police issued this statement about the incident: "It a one car collision and the call came in at around 3.55pm today (Monday 30 December). Occupants of the car are currently being checked over by paramedics at the scene. Incident is ongoing, please keep an eye on socials for updates on when the road will be re-opened."
