Live updates as major road into Cardiff blocked after crash

A major road in Cardiff has been partially closed because of a crash. Police have confirmed they are in attendance and on the scene at the incident which took place on Saturday afternoon.

The A4119, Cardiff Road, is partially blocked after a two-driver collision on Bridge Road, A4054. There is queuing traffic in both directions and police have confirmed they are at the scene.

South Wales Police said they were called at 1.30pm with a report of a two-driver collision on Bridge Road which is between the former BBC Wales site and the River Taff.
