Live updates as M4 crash at Newport causes delays

One lane of the M4 eastbound carriageway is blocked and there is queueing traffic following an accident involving an lorry and a car at junction 24 A449 in the Coldra area.

There is congestion to just after junction 25 in the Caerleon area, according to traffic monitoring service Inrix, and one lane is blocked.
