LIVE: Miles of queueing traffic on M6 after crash - latest updates
Traffic is queuing for miles on a section of the M6 near Warrington this morning after a crash.
Two lanes have been shut off on the northbound carriageway between junction 21 for Woolston and junction 21A for the Croft Interchange. There are delays of at least 30 minutes, according to Highways England.
Five-miles of congestion is back to junction 20 for the M56 Lymm Interchange. Traffic is also slow on the opposite side of the carriageway as people slow down to look at the crash, according to traffic alert service Inrix.

In a tweet, Highways England said: "#M6 northbound between J21 - J21A, lanes 1 and 2 (of 4) are currently closed due to a collision. There are delays of 30 minutes above the usual travel time on approach with 5 miles of congestion back to J20."
