Live M62 traffic updates as crash tonight sees emergency services called to scene - latest

Delays were reported and a lane was closed following a crash on the M62 in Greater Manchester tonight (Tuesday, October 28).

The lane was shut to traffic on the westbound carriageway near Eccles Interchange.

The closure was first reported at around 11.30pm, with traffic queueing and emergency services at the scene.

The carriageway had fully reopened shortly before midnight.
