Liam Payne 911 phone call transcript released after 'afraid' Argentina hotel staff beg for help

The full transcript of the panicked 911 call made by a hotel worker before Liam Payne's shocking death in Argentina has been released.

Local police said the 31-year-old One Direction star fell from the third floor into the courtyard of the Casa Sur Hotel in the Palermo neighbourhood of Argentina’s capital, before medics confirmed his death. According to police in Buenos Aires, officers were initially responding to reports 'of an aggressive man who may have been under the effects of drugs and alcohol'.

A 911 call made by the hotel desk manager has now been released in light of the singer's death. In the call, the worker desperately sought 'urgent' assistance over a man who was 'breaking everything in the room'.

Hotel manager: "We have a guest drunk with drugs and alcohol. When he [them, gender not clear in conversation] is conscious, he is breaking everything in the room."

Hotel manager: "Costa Rica 6032."

911 operator: "Repeat."

Hotel manager: "Caza Azul Palermo. We need to send someone with urgency because I don't know if the guest's life is in danger because he is in a room with balcony, and we are afraid he could do something that threatens life."
