Paul Smyth can't seem to do anything wrong with Leyton Orient fans these days.

The former Linfield man scored another brilliant goal in Friday's 3-0 win over Scunthorpe at the Breyer Group Stadium.

Smyth cut in from the right before hammering an unstoppable shot past Rory Watson from an acute angle to give Orient the lead.

The Northern Ireland international has been in blistering form recently, scoring similar sensational goals against Rochdale and Barrow.

Smyth's form prompted his manager Richie Wellens to tip the 24-year-old to become the best player in EFL League Two.

And Orient's fans agree, hailing the former Irish League ace as one of the division's top players.
