Leicester City told to make defender decision as contract expiry looms

Leicester City supporters are generally in favour of centre-back Caglar Soyuncu staying at the club this summer despite an overall disappointing season. A recent upturn in form appears to have convinced some that the 25-year-old is very much part of the future once more.

The Turkey international also poses a complicated contract situation that still needs resolving. Soyuncu 's current contract expires next summer, at the same time as Youri Tielemans ' does, meaning that just two transfer windows remain for City to recoup a fee for the defender.

But, predominantly for a purely on-pitch perspective, Foxes fans want to retain Soyuncu next season. Here is a selection of the reaction from our Leicester Facebook page when followers were asked whether the defender should be kept or sold this summer.
