Kyle Dempsey injury update & 'stonewall' penalty Bolton Wanderers were denied vs Ipswich Town

Kyle Dempsey missed Bolton Wanderers' opening day draw against Ipswich Town because of a dead leg picked up in training as Ian Evatt felt his side were denied a 'stonewall' penalty in the encounter.
